Unbelievable customer service - From the point of engaging West Coast Shades to install our shade sail, right thru to now (almost 2 years later) i have been bowled over by their professionalism, knowledge and very helpful attitude.Our sail recently broke in high winds due to a connecting shackle failing, and Dan has offered to fix and reinstall the shade sail free of charge, even though the warranty is not applicable in this situation!Happy to recommend and very impressed with the service.

20 years ago we purchased two shade sails from West Coast Shade. Over the years we have had them restitched and repaired as required. One shade sail we leave up permanently. We have just replaced this sail with a new one from West Coast Shade. The other shade sail we have up for 6 months each year. This sail has recently been restitched and is now up for the summer season. The service we receive from West Coast sail is exemplary.
