Unfortunately in the end we were disappointed that this company did not finish the job. Our initial conversations, subsequent booking of the job and all discussions with regard to cash payment were all agreed. The guys who installed the posts took out some pavers and did not replace them. I sent text messages, made numerous calls and was just patient. To no avail. Now we have to arrange someone else to come and finish the job as my mother in law is elderly and cannot do it herself.

After seeing the excellent reviews for this company, I called for a quote and have not had any regrets. Every one, from the office staff to the installers, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only that, they did a great job. We were very impressed with the shade sail, it gives of the best shading for the time of day and is unobtrusive. It looks great. We were really happy to have had this installed before Christmas as promised.A job well done - I highly recommend this company.

Thanks to Neil, Carol-lynne, Danielle and the installers for a professional, friendly service from start to finish. Very happy with my new stylish shade structure that was put on an open carport space, to provide shade and protection for my daughter's car. Looks so much better, thanks guys :o)

We had a shade sail installation just before Christmas. The staff were very professional and accommodating given the time of year. We did have a delay in contact from when my deposit was paid to someone contacting us, not sure if the order got confused, however once I made contact the team were very efficient.
